My name is Alex Wright. I am a tree service owner and a multifamily apartment investor. I help other home service business owners get access to off market apartment investments that they otherwise would not have access to. I do this through my network. As I grew my tree service, I had a deep desire to own and grow wealth with real estate. I had been told by many paid mentors that in real estate “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know”.

We both started something with nothing, made the same mistakes, heard all the same excuses from bad employees, cussed more than we should, and through it all we ended up here talking about how to take profits and multiply them without paying taxes through the depreciation of an apartment building.
